Keane Engineering was engaged to provide temporary works engineering design, assessment and construction support for the Deakin University Cavendish Street Carpark project on the Geelong Waterfront. The project involved a multi-level parking facility with more than 4,700m² of suspended parking area, including demolition and early works advice, precast concrete lift shaft erection, and temporary stability assessment of the primary steel frame comprising over 1,100 steel members. Keane Engineering provided practical temporary works advice to support safe and efficient construction sequencing.
