Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural engineering design, documentation and certification for a four-dwelling townhouse development. The project comprised four three-storey townhouses, including one dwelling with a fourth-level rooftop terrace, cantilevered upper levels, balcony decks, internal lift access, external stair and gantry access, ground floor decks and a proposed pool adjacent to the building.
Keane Engineering supported the project with practical structural design solutions through to certified construction documentation.
