Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for a three-dwelling residential development on Phillip Street, Manifold Heights. The project comprised three two-storey, three-bedroom townhouses arranged around a common driveway, incorporating brick veneer construction, feature stonework, lightweight cladding, pitched timber roofs and skylights.
