Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural engineering design, documentation and certification for an extension and renovation to an existing residence on Noble Street, Newtown. The project involved substantial alterations to the existing dwelling, including significant demolition works, a new extension with raked ceilings and floor trusses, a double garage beneath the existing house, retaining walls and associated site works.
