Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for a bespoke residential development on Marendaz Road, Waurn Ponds. The project comprised a single-storey dwelling and separate pool house connected by an outdoor pool and entertaining area, incorporating vaulted ceilings, a covered alfresco, sunset deck, workshop and garage facilities, and a combination of brick veneer and lightweight cladding construction.
