Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for a new two-storey dental surgery and associated car park on Point Nepean Road, Rye. The development incorporated a predominantly steel-framed structure with timber roof and wall framing, a large first-floor terrace, lift structure, car parking facilities and associated civil infrastructure.
