Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for the commercial redevelopment on Latrobe Terrace, Geelong West. The project involved demolition of the existing building and construction of a new boat sales showroom featuring a double-height display space, mezzanine level, concrete tilt-up wall panels, a rear carport, underground rainwater harvesting and integrated water-sensitive urban design elements.
