Keane Engineering provided structural engineering sub-consultant services to BHP via AIE Engineers for the Olympic Dam Residential Homes asset condition inspection program. The project involved inspection, assessment and reporting for residential and accommodation-related structures within the Olympic Dam and Roxby Downs townships, with the third swing covering approximately 500 residential properties.
Keane Engineering supported AIE Engineers in delivering practical asset condition reporting to assist BHP with repair prioritisation, maintenance planning and ongoing management of its residential building assets.
