Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for the proposed Torquay Specialist Centre on Geelong Road, Torquay. The project involved the complete redevelopment of the site, including demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a new two-storey Class 5 medical centre with a predominantly steel-framed structure, brick veneer external walls, timber framing and prefabricated roof systems.
