Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural engineering design, documentation and certification for a new childcare centre development on Gillmartin Drive, Griffith. The project comprised a single-storey facility featuring a concrete slab-on-ground, lightweight and brick veneer construction, prefabricated roof trusses, parapet detailing and roof-mounted plant loads.
