Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for a four-townhouse development on Shannon Avenue, Manifold Heights. The project comprised three three-storey townhouses and one two-storey townhouse, with covered alfresco areas, planter boxes, boundary brick fencing/retaining walls, rainwater tanks, garage construction over an easement and a mixed external cladding palette.
