Keane Engineering was engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design, documentation and certification for the four-storey mixed-use development on Smith Street, Fitzroy. The project included refurbishment of the existing front retail space and construction of two four-storey residential units to the rear, incorporating lifts, steel framing, proprietary drop-in floor slabs and precast external wall panels with brick snap finish.
